How we protect client and platform data
Identity & access
Authenticated accounts, role-based authorization, workforce verification, and need-to-know task assignment for sensitive datasets.
Encryption in transit
HTTPS/TLS for platform and API traffic. Payment cards processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS); we do not store full card numbers.
Trained workforce
Structured onboarding via Mlatho Learn, domain guidelines, and project NDAs where required.
Retention & deletion
Client project retention defined per engagement. Platform users can request account deletion. Privacy: privacy@mlatho.com.
